Accessories:
A lot of the items are handmade and therefore no one is exactly the same and each one is unique.
All prices are in euro, excl. shipping cost.


Payment: 

I accept all purchases by Stripe.
For buyers in Belgium, you can also pay by bank transfer. Drop me a line at [email protected] and I'll give you my bank payment specifications, BIC & IBAN code.



Shipping: 

Items will be wrapped with great care in a nice wrapping paper and shipping safe packaging.
For buyers in Belgium, a local pickup or pre-arranged delivery is possible. Please send me an e-mail if you wish to choose so: [email protected]
International orders will be shipped via DHL Standard or BPost.
However, do not hesitate to contact me with any questions about your shipping.

Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes are at buyer's charge and responsibility.



Returns:
If you find that your item has been delivered to you damaged during transport, I’m very sorry about this inconvience.
Please contact me within 24hrs time by mail and send me some pictures from the damaged goods. I will thereby decide whether you need to send back the package or not.
Refund of the goods will be done at price quoted on the webshop at the time of mail notification. If the goods are at reduced price due to promotion or sales, the price as mentioned on the webshop will be refunded.
Return transport is at my charge.
Please note that first delivery charges will not be refunded.
